Runaway Bay Retirement Community is comprised of 142 one and two bedroom villas (some with a study), many with impressive water views. While Keppel Lodge offers 50 serviced apartments either studio style or one bedroom. Keppel Lodge offers 50 serviced apartments, from studio to one bedroom with the additional support of meals and the company of others in the dining room, and weekly cleaning and linen service available.
Facilities
Community facilities include: two in-ground heated pools, indoor heated pool + spa, gymnasium, auditorium, half tennis court, outdoor bowling green, billiards/snooker, craft/activity rooms, library, computer with internet access, caravan parking, marina and workshop.
Services
Services include: 24 hour emergency on call system, restaurant 'Companions', hairdressing/beauty salon, medical rooms, courtesy unit - available for visiting family and friends to let for a small fee and community bus. Meals and the company of others can be enjoyed in the dining room plus a weekly cleaning and linen service supplied. Eligible residents can add a Government subsidised home care package for personal assistance such as showering and support with medication.
